At Meraki by Deepa, every creation is crafted with intention, artistry, and exclusivity. By using our website and purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Product Information
All products are hand-painted and handcrafted, making each piece unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, or design are not considered defects but hallmarks of authentic, artisanal luxury. Product images are for reference only and may differ due to screen resolution. An unboxing video is mandatory proof for claims of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in INR with taxes added at checkout. We may reject/cancel orders due to technical errors, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Prices may change without notice.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 100% refund; after 24 hours but before painting, 50% refund. Once painting begins, no refund. Completion timeline: 2–3 weeks.
5. Shipping
Ready-to-ship products: dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery 5–7 days domestic, 7–14 days international. Customized orders: completion requires 3–5 weeks, then shipped within 1–2 days. Delays due to couriers/weather are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges accepted case-by-case only. Must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video. Product must be unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Non-customized products eligible for store credit only.
7. Payment Methods
Payments accepted via listed gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.). All processed securely.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, product images, brand elements, website content, and creative assets are the exclusive property of Meraki by Deepa. No part of our products, designs, or branding may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form — whether for commercial or personal purposes — without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of our designs will invite immediate legal action under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
9. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the product purchase value as per law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Haryana, India. Disputes fall under Haryana jurisdiction.
