2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. Due to the hand-painted and exclusive nature of our products, colours and designs may slightly vary from what appears on your screen. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Orders and Pricing
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of payment issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Prices are listed in INR, and applicable taxes will be added at checkout, where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time.
4. Custom Orders
- Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund of the advance amount.
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before painting begins: 50% refund of the advance amount.
- No refund once the painting process has started.
- Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.
5. Shipping
- We dispatch ready-to-ship products within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.
- Standard shipping timelines depend on the destination, typically taking 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders..
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and weather conditions. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis by us to ensure a fair resolution.
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with proof (photos/videos).
- To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your purchased product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For non-customized items, exchanges are allowed with a store credit of the same amount. The exact product cannot be exchanged, as the products are exclusive in nature.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a mail with the necessary return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Payment Methods
