Shipping Policy for Customized Products

  • Customized products are meticulously crafted and require 2-3 weeks for completion, depending on the design’s complexity. Once the product is ready, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Standard shipping timelines will apply from the date of dispatch (5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders).

Given the unique nature of customized pieces, we recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially during periods of special occasions, festivities and extreme weather. Any delays in completion or shipping due to weather conditions will be communicated promptly.

Tracking Details:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to check the status of your delivery.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide you with the information you need.
