Cancellation
- For ready-to-ship orders:
- Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
Refund
- For Domestic Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For International Orders: Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to process due to additional bank processing time.
- For Customised Products:

- Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund of the advance amount will be credited to your original payment method within

- No refund after 24 hours of placing the order: Customized orders are tailored specifically to your preferences, and the painting process begins 24 hours after the order confirmation. Therefore, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after this 24-hour window.
We request that you review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the customization process will be underway, and refunds will no longer be applicable.
Returns and Exchange
- Exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis by us to ensure a fair resolution. For a smooth exchange or return process, we request our customers to record a clear and unedited video of the unboxing when they receive their package.
The video should capture:
- The product and its condition upon arrival.
- The sealed outer packaging.
- The unsealing and unboxing of the package.
This unboxing video serves as essential proof in case of any discrepancies, such as damage during transit or incorrect/damaged items received.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges or returns without an unboxing video may not be accepted, as this documentation helps us verify and address your concerns promptly.
- Ensure the video is clear and recorded without interruptions to avoid any disputes.

2. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with the said proof (photos/videos).
- To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your purchased product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For non-customized products, exchanges are allowed with a store credit of the same amount. The exact product cannot be exchanged, as the products are exclusive in nature.
If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with the necessary return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
